Kristin Cook is a 2008 graduate from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and a lifelong resident of Eustis. She is the granddaughter of George Warren Sr., Bay Pharmacy's founder, and the daughter of George Warren Jr, our President and CEO. 

 

Dr. Cook is our Pharmacist in Charge at Lake Pharmacy and certified to provide immunizations through the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Kristin is fun, energetic and knowledgeable in all aspects of the pharmacy. She is always available to our customers and very easy to talk to.
